Daughter of Alonzo and Mary Daly Leavitt. Twin sister of Merlin.

The first born of twins, Myrtle and her brother Merlin were born prematurely on December 23, 1925. Merlin died a week later.

Myrtle died at the LDS Hospital in the early morning hours of January 5, 1925. She was twelve days old.
