She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Johnson and a twin sister of Darlene Katherine Johnson.
November 29, 1931, she was baptized in the South Lutheran church, together with her sister. She grew up with her sister to the joy of her parents, grandparents, brothers and sisters and other relatives. In January she became ill of flu and was about over it when bronchial pneumonia set in. She also suffered from a condition known as rickets.
Saturday, March 4, she closed her eyes for this life at the age of 3 years, 4 months and 22 days, leaving to mourn her early departure her bereaved parents, Mr. and Mrs. Christ Johnson, her grandmother, Mrs. Heie Johnson, her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Eppler, also, two brothers, Vernon and Gaylord; four sisters, Leona, Dorothy, Darlene and a four month old baby sister.
