Services for Mrs. Ida Cole, 76, were conducted Monday, Sept. 17, in the Oakley-Metcalf Chapel with Frank Martin and Keith Jones officiating and burial in the Walker Cemetery.

Mrs. Cole died Sunday, September 16.

Born in Houston County, she had resided in Angelina County most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of the Loop 287 Church of Christ.

Survivors: sons, Carrol C. Cole and Donald E. Cole; brother, Ed Brock; 6 grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
