Lunetta J. Whiteman was born in Jasper, New York, July 1st, 1848. Early in life she became a Christian and united with the Baptist Church.
Jan 11 1865, she was married to Ira Clark of Greenwood, NY, where most of her life was spent and where Mr Clark died Jan 2, 1909. Three children were born: Mrs A.B. Bennett of Geneva, NY; Mrs Myrtle Conkoy, Hornell, NY; and a son, Dever, Greenwood, NY.
April 27, 1910, she was married to William Moon of Waupaca. Mr Moon passed away in 1922 at the Wisconsin Veterans Home.
Oct 5, 1924, she was married to Charles Head. Mr and Mrs Head resided at the Home for a time and then moved to Waupaca, where they spent the last four years, returning to the Home a few weeks ago, where she died Dec 14, 1931, at the age of 83 years, five months, and 13 days.
She is survived by her aged husband, Mr Chas Head, the three children, 10 grandchildren and six great grandchildren, also one sister, Mrs Lana Baker of Greenwood, NY.
Services were held at the Home where she was laid at rest Dec 16, Rev Doody of Waupaca officiated, assisted by Rev Earle of the Home.
