FRANKLIN – Bessie Irene Repp, 82, former of Greenwood route 3, died at 3:15 a.m. today at Homeview Nursing Home in Franklin.
Funeral service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Vandivier-Tudor Funeral Home in Franklin by the Rev. Charles Bell. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
Persons may call after 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Repp was born April 1, 1895, in Shelby County to the late Noah and Carolyn Keller Scott. She was married to Charles Repp in 1911, and he died in 1952. She was a member of Old Union United Church of Christ and of the church's Ladies' Aid Society.
Surviving are three sons, Frank Repp of Edinburgh route 3, Donald Repp of Edinburgh route 2 and Charles Repp of Tampa, Fla.; two daughters, Catherine Thurston of Franklin route 4 and Marie Moore of Greenwood route 3; two brothers, Bryan and Grover Scott of Shelbyville; a sister, Henrietta Patterson of Naples, Fla., 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
She also was preceded in death by a son, Harry, who died, Nov. 18, 1971.
