Mrs. Grace L. Hendryx, 86, of Logansport, died at 1:38 a.m. Friday, at Memorial Hospital, Logansport, IN.
Born March 4, 1889 in Carroll County, she was the daughter of Oliver T. and Nettie Brookbank Hornbeck. She was married Jan. 15, 1911, to Claude C. Hendryx, who died in 1929.
She was a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Dorothea Perrone and Mrs. Myron Little, both of Logansport, Mrs. Wilma Bowman of Delphi, and Mrs. Wanda Wilson of Rt. 2, Delphi; one son; Billy C. Hendryx of Andrews, IN., three brothers, Charles and George Hornbeck of Barberton, Ohio, and Ralph Hornbeck of Benton Harbor, Mich; three sisters, Mrs. Flossie Clawson and Mrs. Frank Lybrook of Delphi and Mrs. Helen Baird of Frankfort; 18 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
One daughter and one son preceded her in death.
Services were Monday in Logansport with burial in the Pittsburg Cemetery.
