Roscoe was the son of Roscoe Beasley Sr and Emily H. Beasley. He served in the U. S. Army.

4 Sons: Leon Beasley, Michael Beasley, Charles McLoud and Qusielpphyne Z. Comer.
1 Brother: Marquette Beasley(Janice).
3 Sisters: Dorothy Lamar(Lucius), Janice Malcon(Harold) and Sandra Williams.
4 Step-Daughters: Chandra Jackson, Monique Jackson, Norissa Jackson and Nikki Jackson.
4 Aunts, 5 Uncles.
3 Grandchildren.

Services were held Wednesday, June 28, 2006 at 2PM in the Sanctuary of Joycliff United Methodist Church in Macon, Georgia.
