Mrs. Appie Bennett Morgan, 69, died yesterday of an apparent heart attack.
She is a native of Ware County and the daughter of the late Joseph Bennett and Mrs. Deli Hargraves Bennett.
She was a member of Hargraves Chapel Church.
Survivors include her husband, Oscar Morgan, Waycross; one daughter, Mrs. Charlie O'Berry, Manor; three sons, Burl Morgan and Eugene Morgan, both of Waycross, and Earl Morgan, Jacksonville, Fla.; a sister Mrs. Ada Morgan, Millwood; five brothers, Paul Bennett, Harmon Bennett, and Roy Bennett, all of Waycross, Clyde Bennett, Jacksonville, Floy Bennett, Millwood; 14 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 3 p.m. today at Hargraves Chapel Church with burial in the church cemetery.
Mincy-Fulford Funeral Home is in charge.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Abbie [sp. Appie] Bennett Morgan, 69, who died Monday, was held yesterday in Hargraves Chapel Church with the Rev. Clayton Davis officiating.
Burial was in the church cemetery.
Active pallbearers were J. W. O'Berry, Robby Morgan, Fred Morgan, Raymer Morgan, Keith Bennett, and Monroe Bennett.
Mincy-Fulford Funeral Home was in charge.
