Funeral services for Roy Sylvester Bennett, 56, who died Thursday, were held Saturday at the Booth Congregational Methodist Church in Manor with the Rev. W.D. Corbett and the Rev. J.D. Bennett officiating. Burial was in the Kettle Creek Cemetery.
Active pallbearers included Billy James, Monroe Bennett, Kenneth Bennett, Charles Bennett, Phillip Lloyd and Charles E. Lairsey Jr.
