Funeral services for Frank J. Olig, 85, Mt. Calvary, who died Monday at St. Agnes Hospital, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Huss Funeral Home, St. Cloud, and at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Mt. Calvary. The Rev. Jude Hahn, assistant pastor, will officiate and burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at the funeral home. Mr. Olig was born Oct. 4, 1886, at Mt. Calvary, a son of Nicholas and Anna Koenen Olig. He married Amanda Petrie on Oct. 29, 1912, at Mt. Calvary. He was a lifelong resident of Mt. Calvary, and Mr. and Mrs. Olig celebrated their golden wedding anniversary in 1962. Mr. Olig was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church, Mt. Calvary, and St. Anthony Society of the church. Surviving are his widow; two sons, Elmer of Mt. Calvary and Ervin of New Holstein; three daughters, Mrs. Emil Feldner and Mrs. Ray Eiring both of St. Cloud and Mrs. Clem Kasper of Chilton.

Other survivors are three sisters, Mrs. Mollie Haensgen, Mrs. Julia Wuest and Mrs. Margaret Wuest all of Fond du Lac; three brothers, Rudolph and Alfred both of Fond du Lac and Joseph of Mt. Calvary; 26 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a grandson, and a brother and sister.

Emil Schneweis, the Rev James Zelinski, the Rev. Non Smith, the Rev. Kenan Siegel and the Rev. Hilary Zack. Pallbearers were Roger, James, Jerry and Steven Olig, Michael Kasper and Richard Bosma.
