Mrs. Elizabeth Barr, 76, of Detroit, died at the home of her sister, Mrs. Matilda Payne Brandle Ensley, 563 Sherman Avenue, Springfield, Ohio on Friday, January 2, 1919 at 6:45 a.m. Besides her sister, she was survived, at the time, by two other sisters, Mrs. Hannah Payne Brown, of this city, and Mrs. Emma Payne Randle Whiting of Plattsburg. Mrs. Barr spent her early life in Springfield, Ohio.

Born to William Payne and Matilda J. Perkins Payne.
