Mrs. Helen M. Cook, 56, 2329 Dunham St. Clinton, died Friday in Jane Lamb Hospital after a long illness.
The funeral will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday in Snell-Zorning Funeral Home, with the Rev. E.J. Leahy, St. Mary's Catholic Church, officiating. Burial will be in Clinton Memorial Park Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Walter, Bob, Joe and Bill Eberhart, and Floyd and Robert Voss.
Visitation will be after 3 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home with the parish Rosary at 7:30 p.m.
She was born Oct. 6, 1920, in Welton to Phil and Florence Haertzen Voss. She married Francis McCoy in 1941, in Charlotte. He died in 1963. She married Ben Cook May 17, 1968, in Sterling, Ill. and he died this year.
Mrs. Cook had been a resistance welder operator at Collis Co., where she was employed for 30 years.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Albert (Rose) Eberhart, Charlotte; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers.
