Funeral services for little "Buddy" Hooper, seven-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. James Hooper, south of Martinsville, who was accidentally drowned when he toppled from a kitchen window at his parental home, into a rain barrel Thursday afternoon, were held from the late home Friday.
Burial followed in Oakwood Cemetery.
Surviving are the parents, Jim Hooper and Pauline Kerby, three brothers, and two sisters.
