AMELIA EPPERSON
---Amelia Daugherty Epperson, who for a number of months has been bedfast at her home here, died Tuesday night, being at the time of her death sixty-nine years old. A few weeks ago she was taken to Rochester, Minnesota with hopes that she might be benefited but nothing could be done for her. She grew worse but bore her suffering patiently.
---Forty-five years ago she was married to J.B. Epperson and live in the community of Atlanta and Macon before coming to La Plata a few years ago where they have resided at the S.W. Daugherty home.
---With the husband, one daughter and a son, Mrs. Ora Mitchell of Macon and Lester Epperson of California, and a brother, S.W. Daugherty, are left to mourn.
---Funeral services will be held from the Christian Church here Friday, June 22, at 1:00 by Rev. J.L. Shoemaker and Rev. O.L. Angel. Burial will be made at the Steele cemetery.
