Joan Sue Hoth

Cedar Falls--------Joan Sue Hoth, 43, of Harmony House Health Care Center, Waterloo, died there Sunday, September 8, of natural causes.

She was born August 22, 1948, in Waterloo, daughter of Mike and Florence Cavanaugh Jensen. She married Robert Sanko, and he preceded her in death in 1986. She married Donald Hoth on September 18, 1982. They were later divorced.

She was educated in the Hudson area, and after the death of her mother made her home with her aunt and uncle, Arthur and Anna Andorf. She had been employed at Lanter Courier and Biemann's until becoming disabled in an autombile accident.

Survivors include a son Joseph Sanko, a daughter Jill Leedom, two grandchildren, a brother James Jensen of Dinsdale and a sister Kay Jennings of Dinsdale.

Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, with burial in Lincoln Township Cemetery, Voohries. Friends may call until 9 p.m. today and for an hour before services Thursday at the funeral home.
