Mrs. Eva Boggs, Widow of Harry, Dies

Mrs. Eva M. Boggs, 81, of 650 N. Main, died at 7:30 P.M. Wednesday in Piqua Memorial Hospital, where she had been a patient three days. She had been in failing health several years.
Mrs. Boggs was born Sept. 2, 1890 in Dayton, a daughter of Daniel R. and Artha Lula Coffield Wingerter. Her husband, Harry L. Boggs, died April of 1963.
She was a member of the church of the Brethren.
She lived with a daughter, Mrs. James Estes (Helen) of Piqua. Other survivors include tow sons, Daniel and Kenneth, both of Piqua; two daughters, Mrs. Francis (Louise) Martin and Mrs. Linden (Juanita) Brubaker, all of Piqua; 11 grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Florence Kittle, Celina, and Mrs. Melvin (Grace) Via of Bradford. One son , one sister and one brother are deceased.
services will be conducted at 1 P.M. Saturday in the Jamieson Funeral Home by the Rev. Richard Cottrell. Burial will be in highland cemetery in Covington.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. Friday.
