Mrs. Greenwell was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church and was a life long resident of this county.
Born May 25, 1898, Brownstown, she was the daughter of the late Winfield S. and Mariah L. Gray Porter.
On Oct. 11, 1916, she was married in Brownstown to John E. Greenwell, who preceded her in death on May 13, 1971.
Survivors include five children, Mrs. Emma Weller, Mrs. William (Margaret) Baker, Mrs. Stanley ( Shirley) Garvey, all of Seymour: Mrs. Jack (Rita) Nowling, Princeton, Ky. and Mrs. Ray (Jo Ann) Donica, Columbus; 15 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
One son, two services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday from St. Ambrose Catholic Church. Burial will be in the Catholic Cemetery.
Rosary services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Sunday in the Voss Chapel.
