Vernon M. Andrews, 70, of 300 West Armour, died Wednesday at Menorah hospital*. He was born in Powhattan, Kansas and lived in Kansas City about 40 years. He was a retired postal transportation clerk. He was a life member of the Temple Masonic lodge, and a member of the American Legion and the Westminster Congregational church. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Rosemary Lattu, Milbrae, California, and a sister, Miss Mary E. Andrews, New York.
