Mrs. Rachel Swisher died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J.B. Kriner, in Novinger, October 13, aged 65 years. She had been ill several weeks. Besides Mrs. Kriner, Mrs. Swisher leaves two other daughters, Mrs. Anna Medley, of Kansas City, and Mrs. George Vice, of Kirksville. Major Bozarth of near Novinger, is a brother. Another brother, Lee Bozarth, lives in Oklahoma. A sister, Mrs. Fanny Miller, lives in New Mexico, and another lives in North Dakota. She also leaves two half brothers and two half sisters. They are J.T. Bozarth, of Pure Air, J.M. Bozarth, of Quincy[,] Mrs. Noah Eitel, of Kirksville, and Mrs, George Grower, of south of Greencastle.
