RENSSELAER -- Miss Della Hale, 57, of Rt. 1, died at 9:40 a.m. Thursday in St. Elizabeth Hospital, Lafayette. She had been in failing health one and a half years.
A native of Prestonsburg, Ky., she attended the public schools there. A former resident of Kentland, Miss Hale had been a resident of Jasper County for 34 years.
She was a member of the Baptist Church.
Surviving are the parents, Hargus and Mary Arnett Hale of Rt. 1; one brother, William Hale of Hobart; and three sisters, Mrs. Eugene (Maude) Wayne of Wheatfield, Mrs. Donald (Lola) Clark of Rensselaer, and Mrs. Marvin (Minerva) Isaacson of Dalton, Ill.
