Sarah D. LeMaster, 75, of 1025 N. Humshaw, Chillicothe, died Saturday at Methodist Medical Center.
She was born in Fountain Green to Benjamin and Jeannette Williams Duffy. She married Dwight E. "Rex" LeMaster Dec. 14, 1927, in Macomb. He died March 7, 1982, in Chillicothe.
She was a member of the Big Four Sweet Adelines Championship Quartet from 1953 to 1968 and appeared on several national television shows.
She is survived by three sons, Robert of Muskego, Wis., Richard and William, both of Chillicothe; and a sister, Mary Dahl of LaHarpe. A daugher, six brothers and a sister preceded her.
Burial will be in Chillicothe City Cemetery.
