Charles B. Reynolds
Charles Bentley Reynolds, 79, of Watsontown RD 1, father of two county residents, died Monday, Feb. 24, 1992, in the emergency room of Muncy Valley Hospital.
He and his wife, the former Mildred A. O'Connor, observed their 56th wedding anniversary last June 28.
Reynolds retired in 1962 from the former Mode-Craft plant, Muncy.
He attended the Delaware Run Wesleyan Church, Watsontown RD 1.
Born Feb. 29, 1912, in Delaware Township, Northumberland County, he was a son of William J. and Adda M. Sterner Reynolds.
Surviving, besides his wife, are five sons, Larry, of this city, Richard, Wayne and Mark, all of Watsontown, and Donald, at home; three daughters, Mrs. Alberta Warren, of Muncy, and Mrs. Joan VanHoute and Mrs. Diane Gray, both of Watsontown, 18 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Wallis' 121 South Main Street, Muncy, with the Rev. J. Steven Reynolds, pastor of Watsontown Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Park, Montgomery RD 2.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
