Mrs. Adda Reynolds
MUNCY - Mrs. Adda Reynolds, widow of William Reynolds, died at 4:40 a.m., Sunday, June 5, 1949, at her home, Muncy, R.D. 3, She had been ill the past week.
She was born June 11, 1868, in Watsontown and was member of the Pilgrim Holiness Church here.
Surviving are the following sons and daughter[sic]: Mrs. Irvin Dittmar, Williamsport; Mrs. Luther Weikert, South Williamsport; Walter, Clarence, Russell and Charles, Watsontown R.D. 1; Emmett, Montgomery; and Rhine, at home; 47 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
Also she leaves five sisters and a brother, Mrs. William Wright, Mrs. S.C. Bryson, and Frank Sterner, of Watsontown; Mrs. George Knittle, Erie; Mrs. Junior Murphy, Kennett Square; and Mrs. C.B. Buck, Olean, N.Y.
Services will be conducted at the funeral home in Turbotville at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday with the Rev. D.I. McCracken, pastor of the Pilgrim Holiness Church, officiating. Burial will be made in Muncy Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday evening between 7 and 9 o'clock.
