Mrs. Sara L. Weikert
Mrs. Sara L. Weikert, 79, of 335 Lowe Street, South Williamsport, died at 3:25 a.m. today, Wednesday, Aug. 20, 1975, in Williamsport Hospital. She was the widow of Luther Weikert.
Mrs. Weikert was a member of the West End Christian and Missionary Alliance Church.
Born in Watsontown on July 19, 1896, she was a daughter of William and Adda Sterner Reynolds.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Iris Horseman, of Elkland, Md. [Elkton, MD]; three brothers, Emmit[Emmett] J. Reynolds, of Selinsgrove, and Clarence and Charles B. Reynolds, both of Watsontown; a sister, Mrs. Minnie Dittmar, of this city, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Noll's, 1 East Central Avenue, South Williamsport, with the Rev. Ronald E. Davis, her pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Muncy Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Friday. The family will provide the flowers.
