FUNERAL OF HARLAN FREEMAN
The funeral services of the late Harlan Freeman were held from the M. E. church on Sunday afternoon, under the auspices of the W.O.W. The local camp performed the ritualistic service in a thoroughly impressive manner, and about 75 men were in line.
Rev. Dr. Evans, the church pastor, read the obituary, and Rev. Dr. Schleh, of Omaha, delivered a thoughtful and eloquent address, which was followed by and appropriate and consoling address by Rev. Evans. The finest feature at the grave was the flight of a dove concealed in a bower of beautiful flowers.
