Ethel M. Kellogg, 96, of Rosewood Care Center, formerly of 13727 Riverbeach Drive, died at 7:10 p.m. Thursday, July 25, 1991, at the center. Born Dec. 7, 1894, in Ottawa to Martin and Emma Knapp Armstrong, she married Harry E. Kellogg in 1913 in St. Louis. He died Nov. 13, 1966, in Chillicothe. She also was preceded in death by one daughter, Ann Burdick, one son, Warren E., one granddaughter, Virginia Burdick, and two great-great-grandsons. Surviving are one son, Bob of East Peoria; two daughters, Betty Jane Wilson and Ruth Ellen Nygaard, both of Chillicothe; 10 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 24 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
