Reinhard J. Boehle, 86, of Rural Route 2, Box 26, died at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 4, 1992, at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria. Born April 1, 1906, in Tazewell County to Reinhard J. and Louise Volz Boehle, he married Irene Zant on May 22, 1937, in Peoria. She survives. Also surviving are one son, Robert of Bloomington; four daughters, Mrs. Earl (Marilyn) Buchanan of Morton, Mrs. Eugene (Rosemary) McCreary of Penngrove, Calif., Mrs. Ron (Kathleen) Freeman of Boulder, Colo., and Mrs. Nick (Rita) Nigrelli of Kiel, Wis.; two brothers, Norbert of Peoria and Joseph of Chillicothe; five sisters, Anna Boehle and Mary Roger, both of Lacon, Helen Nave of Henry, Agnes Springer of Wausau, Wis., and Marcella Zant of Cottonwood, Ariz.; 14 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by one brother.
