Funeral services for Mrs.Mary Dickmann, aged 68, widow of Carl Dickmann, passed away at the home of her son Henry, on the Rheingans homestead, three miles northwest of this village after an illness of several days, were held Wednesday afternoon at Leifer-Hintz Funeral Home here, the Rev. G. Gadow officiating. Interment will be at the Beechwood cemetery, the following acting as pallbearers: Lorence & Phil Reily, Ed. Reis, Ervin Krahn, William Dorothy,Tony Mugan and Johann Emley.
Mrs. Dickmann was married to William Rheingans in February 1894. Mr. Rheingans passed away in May 1919, & on June 3, 1926 the widow married Carl Dickmann who preceded her in death March 25, 1938. Survivors are two sons, Henry Rheingans who lives on the homestead & Albert of Scott township; five daughters, Mrs. Otto (Elsie) Kohn, Mrs. Peter (Marie) Williams, Mrs. William (Augusta) Marquat & the Misses Amelia & Esther; three grandchildren;three brothers, Arthur & Adolph Glass of Scott township & William Glass of Cascade, and four sisters, Mrs. Schroeter & Mrs. Krahn of Beechwood, Mrs. Koepke and Mrs. Suemnicht of Cascade.
