Funeral will be at 4 p.m. Sunday in Mayer Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Oak Grove Methodist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Cribb was born Aug. 14, 1921, in Georgetown, a son of the late Ernest Cribb and Mrs. Ethel Altman Cribb. He lived in Georgetown for many years before moving to Minneapolis where he was a salesman.
Surviving are: his widow, Mrs. Arlene Porter Cribb of Minneapolis; his mother of Minneapolis; two sons, William Carroll Cribb of Jacksonville, and Ernest Cribb III of Minneapolis; three daughters, Mrs. Douglas Gibson and Mrs. Dan Furr, both of Hollywood, Fla., and Miss Martha Ellen Cribb of Minneapolis; three sisters, Mrs. Ray Aune of St. Paul, Minn., Mrs. Denley Bowe of Bloomington, Minn. and Mrs. Ronald Rise of Denver, Colo.; and two grandchildren. © The News and Courier, Charleston, SC, 9 Jan 1970
