Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Pine Hill Baptist Church, with Rev. F. K. Shipp officiating.
Interment will follow in the Old Pine Hill Cemetery under the direction of Riser and Son Funeral Home of Columbia.
Survivors include his widow, Janie Guice, Sicily Island; four sons, Friley, Lester, and Loma Guice, all of Sicily Island, and Herd Guice, Baton Rouge; two daughters, Mrs. J. R. Wells, Sicily Island, and Mrs. Bishop Monroe, Ruston; one brother, D. E. Guice, Sicily Island; fourteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The body will be in state at the church until time for the services.
