MRS. A. MARION DIES THURSDAY

Jacksonville - Mrs. Alabama Marion, 80, a native of Frankston and resident there for the past 65 years, died in Pasadena early Thursday.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Frankston Assembly of God Church. The Rev. M. K. Capehart will conduct the services , assisted by the Rev. E. E. Weeks. Burial will be in the Frankston Cemetery under direction of Gragard-Spraggins-Swofford Funeral Home.

Survivors include her husband, J. W. Marion of Frankston; three sons, the Rev. W. L. Cook of Houston, Waymon Cook and James Earl Cook, both of Pasadena; four daughters, Mrs. T. L. Pruitt of Groveton, Mrs. Exford Berryhill of Texas City, Mrs. W. R. Pruitt of Pasadena, and Mrs. Jack Stanley of Diboll; one brother, J. A. Clakley of Jacksonville; two sisters, Mrs. Arthur Holsomback and Mrs. Will Robinson, both of Frankston; 22 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Johnny Robinson, Muggy Robinson, Fred Clakley, Davie Green Clakley, Curtis Clakley and Jack Earl Holsomback.
