Mrs. Ferl Rites are Tomorrow
Final rites for Frances Ferl of 308 North Alisos Street who died Friday noon will be held tomorrow morning, with committal in Santa Barbara Cemetery.
Mrs. Ferl, known to numerous friends as "Mother" Ferl, observed her 90th birthday on June 6. She was born in Germany and had lived in Santa Barbara 68 years.
Only survivor is a son, Carl Ferl, of 308 North Alisos.
In some records, she was known as Francesca J, which could be her German birth name.
