James Earl Booze was born March 5th 1895 in Saunders County Nebraska to James Booze and Susan Smith. He married Olive Emory in Lincoln Nebraska on September 27th, 1916. They moved to the Redfield area in 1918 and moved into town in 1956.
He is survived by four sons: Wesley and Harold both of Redfield; Duane of Madras Oregon, Bob of Spencer Iowa; seven daughters: Mrs. Leroy (Kathryn) Paradee of Anaheim California; Mrs. William (Jean) West of Lakewood California; Mrs. Lloyd (Evelyn)Grayson of Fresno California; Mrs. Lois (Grace) Avis of Fresno California; Mrs. Jerry (Carol) Jessen of Redfield; Mrs. Jack (Patricia) Weiss of Hot Springs; and Mrs. Ken (Shirley) Gilbert of Paxico Kansas; 36 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; one brother Arch in Avon Park Florida and one sister Ida Croshaw of Fremont, Nebraska.
He is preceded in death by his wife Olive (Emory) Booze and one Son, Raymond Booze.
