ANTON PETERSON DIES IN CALIFORNIA
Anton Peterson, 78, died Wednesday at Turlock, California. Funeral services will be held at Turlock, California, Saturday.
Mr. Peterson is survived by several relatives of the Shenandoah, Iowa area including a sister, Mrs. Oscar Freeman, Shenandoah, Iowa, and brother Grover Peterson of Stanton, Iowa. Also surviving are three of his children, Mrs. Raymond Sar, Arlington, Virginia, and former Shenandoahan; Mrs. Lorraine Dutcher, Cedar Falls, and Mrs. Moneta Dingle of Tucson, Arizona.

Anton Leander Peterson was born October 15, 1881 in Page County, Fremont Township,, Iowa. He married Anna Amelia Sederquist on December 21, 1906 in Stanton, Montgomey County, Iowa. Four known daughters were born to them, Moneta, Lorraine, Harriet E., and Willa Mae. He died on August 24, 1963 in Turlock, California and is buried in the Turlock Memorial Cemetery.
