Although the transcription doesn't specify which of the two Polly Annable headstones that Samuel's memorial is carved upon, it is likely to be the older of the two, b. 1787 - d. 1813. With Samuel's death the following year, this marker was already available to add Samuel's name. The headstone of the younger of the Pollys, who died in 1834, was not available when Samuel died. This cannot completely rule out that Samuel's name wasn't added to the 1834 stone eventually, however.
The death year is hard to interpret, but it looks like it's 1814. Benjamin Allyn's 1814 death seems to bear this out. The approximate birth year is calculated from that 1814 date in the transcription. Headstone transcription from:
"Memorial Inscriptions from Cemeteries in the East Parish Barnstable, including Dimmock's Lane, Meetinghouse or Cobb's Hill, Lothrop's Hill the ancient Burying ground, & Parish Line. From Jan. 1683 to 1894."
Unknown creator, calligraphed manuscript, listings alphabetical by family name, with additional notes written in the margins by an unknown hand.
