Possibly married Mary Millard in 1800 in Ontario. Thomas lived at concession 3, lost 17 in Humberstone Township. Received Crown Grant on 31 Dec 1798, Lib E Folio 218, 200 acres. Joined Methodist Church in 1823. Died in Howard Township.
