Services for Hettie Harrison, 95, Texico, will be held at 1 pm, Monday, July 18, at First Baptist Church of Texico. The Rev. Bob Brown will officiate.
Burial will be at Morton Memorial Cemetery in Morton, Texas. Muffley Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
Harrison died Friday, July 15, at Plains Medical/Clovis. She was born Feb. 14, 1899, in Wills Point, Texas. Hettie was a homemaker, a member of First Baptist Church of Texico and the Ruth Sunday School class. She married Jessie Cleve Harrison on August 11, 1913, in Wills Point, Texas. She moved to the Clovis area in 1958.
Survivors include one daughter, Minnie Hagler, Texico; two sons and daughters-in-law, Bill and Ellen Harrison, and Lloyd and Linda Harrison, all of Clovis; one sister, Edna Ashby, Shelbyville, TX; two half-brothers, Bluford and J.D. Lucas, Hector, Ark; 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Cleve Harrison, three sons, one daughter, and four brothers.
Casket bearers will be her grandsons, Ray Harrison, Robert S. Spence, Ronnie Spence, Clay Harrison, Billy Morgette and Roy Hagler.
