Lis E. Collins, 50, died at her home. She had been under a doctor's care. Mrs. Collins was born July 1, 1935, in Cooksville, the daughter of Drexel and Velda Humphrey Phillips. She married James L. Collins on April 9, 1954. He survives.
Mrs. Collins was employed at Towanda Grocery for 20 years and later was an assistant librarian at Towanda Township Library. She was a member of Towanda Community Church and Towanda Home Extension.
Survivors include her Mother and Father, 2 daughters, Susan E Stark and Sharon K. Collins, 2 sons, James and Jeffrey.
