Plainville -- Linus H. Dreiling, 44, Cobly, police sergeant, died Monday at Colby.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Secred Heart Church, Plainville. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at Mosher's Funeral Home, Plainville, from 3 p.m. Wednesday. Rosary services will be at 8 p.m. Wednesdy at the funeral home.

Survivors include his widow, Irene; parents, Mr. an Mrs. Nick Dreiling, Plainville; three brothers, Virgil, Plainville, Norman, Russell, Gerald, Ft. Belvoir, Va.; six sisters, Mrs. Thelma Hake, Mrs. Viola Buddig, Mrs. Waunita Plante, Mrs. Joyce LaBarge, all of Plainville, Mrs. Shirley Bollig, Hays, Mrs. Irene Staab, Manhattan.
