Eleanor "Nora" Lee was born to Charles Hickey and Mary Emaline EDWARDS Lee in Long Creek, Grant County, Oregon, in 1879. She married Dudley Melvin "Mel" Dustin in 1896 at the Long Creek home of Dudley's uncle, Charles S. Dustin. Mel and Nora had two children - Fred and Mary Jane - but in 1903 Nora had a third child, Elaine, fathered by John Haskell rather than by her husband, Mel. Nora and Mel split up in '06, divorced officially in '09, and Nora married John Haskell in 1910. Nora and Johnny had another daughter, Ariel (b. 1917), and remained married until Johnny died in August, 1930. In December, 1933, Nora married recently-widowed Charles H. Timms, who died April 22, 1941. Nora died December 14, 1945, and is buried next to Johnny in the Haskell plot at Mount Hope Cemetery in Baker City.
