Services for Astyn Lee Qubty, 14, of Lubbock will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Green Lawn Church of Christ with Doug Hale and David Fraze officiating.
Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Park under the direction of Resthaven Funeral Home.
She died Sunday, May 2, 1999.
She was born April 4, 1985, in Lubbock. She attended Lubbock Christian Junior High and was active in volleyball and basketball. She was a Christian and a member of Greenlawn Church of Christ Youth Group. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family and playing with her kitten.
Survivors include her parents, Johnny and Diane Qubty; three sisters, Jocelyn, Krista and Tabitha; and her grandparents, Reggie and Connie Johnson of Happy, Richard and Linda Long of Lubbock, and Farouk and Samia Qubty of Corsicana.
