Named after her father's brother's wife (Neva Mobley Morphis) Neva was the youngest child of Thomas E and Francis Haizlip Morphis. She married first Robert C Brown 24 December 1918. There was one child from that union Robert (Bobby Brown). Later in life Neva married Dudley C Cobb. Death and burial of Mr. Cobb is unknown at this time. Status of young Robert Brown is also unknown except that he was a career military man last known duty station was Shaw AFB, Sumter SC.
