Funeral services for Frederick W. Easley, 84, of 429 S. Van Buren, who died Saturday at a Mason City Hospital, will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, at Major Memorial Chapel.
Mr. Easley moved to Mason City in 1921 and worked for W. J. Easley until 1957. From then and until retirement in 1970 he worked at the Sears Shopping Center in Mason City.
The Rev. O. J. Kaetzel, pastor of the Calvary Alliance Church, will officiate and burial will be at the Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Easley, is survived by his wife Susanna E.; five sons, Fred W., John E. and Floyd V., all of Mason City; Leon E. of Santa Maria, Calif., and Thomas E. of Brownsdale, Minn.; two daughters, Mrs. G. R. (Margaret) Cady, Plymouth, and Mrs. Thomas (Florence) Smith of Fort Dodge.
Also six brothers, Harvey of Mason City, William and Dewey of Kirksville, Mo., and Sanford, Roy and James of La Crosse, Mo.; one sister, Zula of La Crosse, Mo.; and 25 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
Visitations was to be from noon Monday until the time of services at Major Memorial Chapel.
