JOE W. SWANGER, Horseshoe Lake - Joe W. Swanger, 83, of Arkansas, passed away Friday, July 9, 2010. He was an outboard motor mechanic. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, LaRue Swanger; his daughters, Kathy Turner (Bruff), JoAnne Skinner (Casey), his son, Frank Swanger (Vannette); six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be Monday, July 12 at 10 a.m. in Memphis Memory Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to charity of donor's choice.
