Survivors include one daughter, Cathy Ann Banks, two sons, Dennis Wayne and Brian Lee Banks; one grandson, James Lee Banks; one sister, Wanda Jackson and husband Jack; three brothers, Mack, Chet, and Roger 'Tiny' Banks. He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, one son Mark; one daughter, Diana in infancy; and three brothers, Jim, Hank, and Bill Banks.
