Mrs. Meliza Roya, 62, of Hackberry, died at her home at 11 p.m. Friday.
Funeral Services will be held this afternoon from St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church
at Big Lake with the Rev. Lavassor officiating.
Hour of the funeral has not been set.
Burial will be in the Big Lake cemetery under direction of the Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles. The body will remain at the home of a son-in-law and daughter, Mrs. and Mrs. Horace (Amette) Thibodeaux of Big Lake until the service at 3 p.m.
Mrs. Roya is survived by her husband, Frederick Roya of Hackberry; four daughters, Mrs. James (Odette) Constance, Hackberry, Mrs. Tolbert (Alma) Faulk, Vinton, Mrs. Horace (Amette) Thibodeaux, Big Lake, and Mrs. E.D. (Lillian) Gregory, Engleside, Texas; four sons, Felix Roya, Vinton, Edwin Roya, Big Lake, Edvar Roya, Cameron, and Marcel Roya, Sulphur.
