MURRAY- Mrs. Mary Ann Phelps Parker, 83, 125 E. 4800 South, Murray, died March 9, 1968, 7 a.m. in a Murray hospital of natural causes.

Born July 10, 1884, Montpelier, Idaho, a daughter of Joseph Morris and Margaret Hunter Phelps. Married William Charles Parker October 16, 1906, Logan Temple, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He died December 18, 1951.

Graduated, Snow College, 1905. Served mission northern California, 1953. Served stake mission, 1944, President, Daughters of Utah Pioneers, Member former Ogden Tabernacle Choir. President, Emmarates Member, Ya Sharah(sp?) group, Auxiliary worker in church.

Survivors sons, daughters, Mrs. Frank (Winifred) Stanley, Charles Howard, both Salt Lake City; Gail A. Tooele; 16 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, half sisters, Pauline Molen, California; Lottie Grosjean, Rita George, both Montpelier. Funeral to be announced from 4760 S. State.
