"Miss Addie Echeveria was taken to a Salinas hospital, suffering from bronchial pneumonia."
Note: Addie died February 1, 1931 from pneumonia. She was buried at Gonzales cemetery.

"Gonzales Girl's Funeral Is Held This Morning
The funeral of Miss Adeline Echeveria, 19-year old Gonzales girl who succumbed to pneumonia in a hospital here last Sunday, was held in Gonzales this morning and was attended by a large number of her relatives and friends. The religious services were in St. Theodore's church, where Rev. J.J. Thummel officiated at mass. Burial was in the Gonzales cemetery.
Acting as pallbearers were Albert Alvarado, Gregory Alvarado, John Cambra, Alfred Teves, Vernon Rodriguez, and Walter Streuli."
