Berth F. Uhl Maddox, 85, of Woodridge Personal Care, Vienna, formerly of Route 2, Williamstown, died Oct. 16, 1995, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Wood County, a daughter of the late Earl D. and Bertha Irene Athey Uhl. She attended Sand Hill United Methodist Church.
Surviving are two brothers, Harold Uhl of Williamstown and Lewis Douglas Uhl of Parkersburg, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Maddox, and two sisters, Marie Sands and Mabel Chancellor.
Services 2 :30 p.m. Thursday Leavit Funeral Home, Parkersburg, the Rev. Jeff Nolte officiating. Burial Mount Olivet Cemetery.
Visitation 2-4 and 7-9 today and until 2:30 p.m. Thursday.
