From the Cranbury Historical & Preservation Society Newsletter, March 2010:
"In March 1900, a church committee found that the Cranbury burial ground was in poor condition. Many stones were worn, broken or missing. The names of those unnmarked graves were not known. Four headstones remained standing and a few lying on the ground with inscriptions unreadable. The four standing stones and possibly a few fallen stones were moved to Hightstown."
Ms. Chamberlain's headstone was one of the standing headstones and the inscription is listed below.

Her maiden name is Taylor. She was the wife of John Chamberlain.

The correct spelling of the surname is Chamberlin. Hannah was born about 1719 based on her age at death (she was in her 88th year). She was the wife of John Chamberlin. She and her husband John's gravestones are reported to have been removed from Cranbury and placed in the left rear of the Hightstown graveyard.
